Scott's Drum Line Page. Scott Daley, Freshman, Rowan University, Glassboro, New Jersey. His page is being reconstructed, he says. He is currently marching with the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps, and has belonged to a number of others. From this site you can link to sites of other similar organizations, many are complete with sound wavs as well. We're talking a LOT of them.

ESCAPE -- DRUM CORPS RING

Percussive Innovations - Flop Drop. This is a commercial site where the interested buyer can get any number of drumming products which I didn't even know existed. While commercial, the site is rather informative. It is operated by Jim Anderson (who is also a therapist), who brings the study of drumming to "at-risk" children. Located in Orange County, California. I really hate to, but the only way out is through the Ring I came in on...

ESCAPE -- DRUM CORPS RING

2-3 Follies On-Line. The webmaster here claims that this is the "only site on the WWW dedicated to Division II and III Drum Corps". So, this site is about a whole grouping of Corps, not just one band. Lots of links to the individual groups. The webmaster is Pat Chagnon, and the site is a part of Drum Corps World Magazine.

ESCAPE -- DIVISION II/III DRUM CORPS RING

Old Friends Sporting a New Name. This one has a very busy background that makes reading the text a bit difficult. The band in question here is the Phantom Legion, formerly known as the Phantom Regiment Cadets, a group with a 26-year tradition in Rockford, Illinois. They have won quite a number of awards for their region and Division (III). The Webmaster here is "Precious Roy", who has quite a bit to say about judging in these competitions. Hmmmm....

ESCAPE -- THE 23 DRUM CORPS RING

. The Band Booster Page is but one of many by Richard Silverman of Ashland, Oregon, who is a Massage Therapist. This site is a good central area for any kind of info that is Marching Band-related. Many, many links in many directions.

ESCAPE -- BAND BOOSTER WEBRING

Azle Marching Green Pride. The Marching Band of Azle High School, Azle, Texas has as their slogan, "Without the band, it's only a game." This is a rather up-to-the-minute site with some upcoming events, even though it is summer now. The webmaster is David Auvenshine. This is a HUGE Band who got to go to London (England) this year. The Band Page is only a small part of a larger site with all kinds of links to different parts of the school, including alumni.

ESCAPE -- THE MARCHING BAND RING

Ross S. Sterling High School Band. This is a Christmas Card from the Band. The School is in Baystown, Texas. This part of the site includes all kinds of Christmas things: recipes, graphics and electronic cards, all accompanied by a letter of resignation from the webmaster, Paul Robie, effective December 31 (1998?). I guess nobody has stepped forward to replace him.

NOTE: A subsequent visit finds whole other areas of this site which do NOT connect to the part I leaped in on originally. Paul Robie is STILL their Webmaster.
